"Well for starters you are open on Sunday. That's very helpful. Everyone is very friendly. Love the board as you can do other stuff without wondering if you missed something. The location I go to in Biddeford, Me. Is right next to Five Guys. What I lose in hair I double in calories."

"Transition time for stylists between cuts could be sped up. Also, the kiosk and instructions for checkout are not intuitive. "

"It seems like the Biddeford location has a very high rate of staff turnover. I've been in 4-5 times over the past 2 years and I don't think I've seen the same staff twice. Maybe pay your employees more so they stick around and can afford housing in the area"

"Not much you can do to reduce the cost as your business model dictates that you take up expensive Shopping Center floor space. My wife decided to take a mini internet course on Men's hair cutting as a direct result of the rising costs. Cutting/trimming my hair takes an average of 20 minutes. Even Walmart is $18/$20 these days.and add in a tip and you have a recipe for the return of the home haircut syndrome. Many of us are trimming and sacrificing convenience in order to free-up limited cash resources."
